Sam was wonderful to work with and my fence, driveway/sidewalk, and pool cage look amazing!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Sam I would. I cant think of anything negative to say about his services. Sam is punctual, he prices his services accordingly and the pricing is reasonable, he performed the services he says he will be doing and he does them in a quality and professional manner. Our house, pool enclosure and especially pavers around the pool look awesome. He will definitely be back. Great Job Sam, much appropriate.

Flawless Finish Solutions not only did an excellent job with pressure washing our home, pool deck and driveway...we had some additional outdoor lawn furniture we also wanted to have cleaned and forgot to tell Sam and when I arrived home to find they cleaned the outside furniture and never even charged us and exceeded our expectations!

We used them for a tile roof cleaning on our home in Lakeland. There was algae buildup and it was starting to look old. Good communication and fair price.

Flawless Finish did a great job on my house, pool deck, and pool cage. They exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be calling them again.

Amazed how it turned out. Did a great job, would highly recommend.
